Refund Policy

A lot of care and hard work goes into packing each orders and ensuring timely and safe delivery.  Incase you receive damaged goods, a replacement of that product is initiated without any additional cost. Please email us at support@letssmush.com with photographic evidence within 24 hours of the package being delivered to your address. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days.
