Replacements and refunds

Personal-care products are sealed for your safety and hygiene, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. We do not offer refunds, but we will happily replace any product that arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Free replacement on a genuine issue. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it free of charge. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, a photo of the item and outer packaging, and a short description of the issue.
