Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — every SMUSH! product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free, plus paraben-free, sulphate-free and ethically sourced.
Are SMUSH products suitable for all hair and skin types?
Yes. The shampoo and conditioner are formulated for all hair types, and the body wash is for all skin types. Everything is unisex.
What's the difference in texture between the products?
The shampoo is a soft, creamy pearlescent wash; the conditioner is thicker and richer, closer to a hair mask; and the body wash is a clear, serum-like gel with 35% glycerin.
Orders, shipping & tracking
How long will my order take?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and typically delivered in 3-5 business days, with free shipping anywhere in India.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp when your order ships. You can also track anytime on our Track Order page, powered by Shiprocket.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within India on the website. For international orders, DM us on Instagram @letssmush or WhatsApp +91 98110 89194.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), and net banking with 60+ banks — all secured by Razorpay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — every payment is processed through Razorpay, India's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Replacements & help
What's your replacements policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll replace it free — just reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We don't offer refunds. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened-product returns. Full replacements policy →
