Personal-care products are sealed for your safety and hygiene. We don't offer refunds — but we'll happily replace any item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Free replacement on a genuine issue
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong product, we'll replace it free of charge. Just reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID (e.g. #SMUSH-10432)
- A photo of the item and the outer packaging
- A short description of the issue

We don't offer refunds
Every SMUSH! order is covered by our replacement promise above — but we don't process refunds. Where a replacement isn't possible because of a genuine issue we've verified, we'll work with you on store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
Why we don't accept opened-product returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used personal-care products. This is standard across the personal-care category and protects every SMUSH! user from receiving a previously opened item.
Sealed, unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for a replacement in case of a genuine issue — message us and we'll help.
